- Presentation Creation: Craft polished, professional PowerPoint presentations tailored to client needs.
- Invoicing & Payment Processing: Manage client invoicing, monitor payments, and oversee expense reports.
- Client Care & Support: Deliver responsive and friendly assistance to clients, ensuring they feel appreciated and supported.
- Event Planning Assistance: Coordinate small gatherings or meetings, including venue booking and confirmation of details.
- Email & Correspondence Management: Maintain organized inboxes and provide professional responses to client communications.
- Document Management: Develop and uphold procedural documents for clients, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Newsletter Management: Design, format, and distribute newsletters to keep clients informed and engaged.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a virtual or office-based setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of following detailed instructions.
- Demonstrated organizational prowess, effectively prioritizing tasks across multiple clients.
